Directions
There are three appropriate areas of the neck for the Neck Revival Roll application. Your Doctor of Chiropractic will customise a safe and suitable regime for you to achieve best results. The Neck Revival Roll device should only be used on a firm surface such as the floor or a bench.
When finished with your Neck Revival Roll session, do not raise your head up immediately. Roll to your side first and sit up only when you feel comfortable.
WARNING
Certain conditions may increase risk of injury during cervical extension traction. The Neck Revival Roll is to be used only under the provisional care of your spinal health professional.
